I saw reports this morning of how Senator Rand Paul called out Dr. Fauci for his refusal to own up to funding (through his National Institute of Health) gain-of-function research at Wuhan lab, which appears to have been the origin of the COVID pandemic.
I also saw that a Washington Post reporter, Josh Rogin, admitted that Sen. Paul was telling the truth.
Sen. Paul also said that he would send a letter to the Department of Justice asking them for a criminal referral for Fauci lying to Congress.
The senator is a brave man for taking on the COVID mafia–it is obviously very powerful and extremely well funded. I believe the senator loves his country and justice.
He should be applauded.
Yet, I went to my favorite conservative Internet forum today, and unfortunately, the response to Sen. Paul’s request of the DOJ was the all-too-typical “It won’t do any good, blah, blah, blah…”
While I understand why this response is so common (Biden’s Department of “Justice” is primarily a political arm), there is a value in getting the DOJ on the record regarding this issue. And it keeps us on the offensive.
One day, in this world or the next, there will be justice for Fauci, and his central role in funding Wuhan and likely starting the biggest threat to our way of life ever conceived. I do hope Fauci is tried and God willing convicted in THIS world.
And if so, it will be because of the courage of people like Sen. Paul, and Washington Post reporter Josh Rogin, for standing up to one of “his own.”
The Biggest Threat to Us is Us
But I truly believe that God has given US the power. In a sense, we control our destiny, not those who wish to destroy our Republic and way of life.
Our actions and words can either inspire or dis-courage others. It can make the difference between victory and defeat.
And we have much more power than we realize to influence the world around us through our actions and words. But we must spread our message beyond our small cliques.
So today, watch that you are INSPIRING others, and not DIS-COURAGING them!
Stop saying that such and such actions “won’t do any good.” And if you can’t stop saying that, then you need to go home, and leave the fighting to others. We are currently in an information war, and the information you give out can either inspire life or death.
Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.
Proverbs 18:21 KJV
As for me, I choose to be part of the solution. I hope and pray that you are–or will be–too. Far too much is at stake for us to accept the alternative.
