Hello Everybody!
First of all, I am grateful to simply BE here for a new year. The very fact that we are still here is a miracle in itself!
This is a “put up or shut up” year to me. There is a new Administration coming in in America, that God willing will help remove some of the burdens that have kept us artificially down in many ways, the least of them being our ability to create and materially succeed in our lives.
This type of opportunity does not come often in this time we are in, and we need to be ready to take advantage of it.
“Natural Health, Success, and Freedom!” is our mantra, and they all interrelate. I am speaking here of the increase in freedom that is potentially in front of us. And if we guard and build our health as naturally as possible, we then have the opportunity for real success, however you’d like to define it.
I have longed dreamed that Old School could in some way literally become an “Old School,” meaning a place that could promote life-long learning and encouragement for men and women to find success. And I do know that this year is the year for that dream to begin to more tangibly take root.
I have long maintained a “Resources” page. I don’t know how many of you have viewed it, but I encourage you to do so. These are links to those who have knowledge in key areas that will only become more important as time passes.
I’d like to dig deeper into some of these resources and others this year. Perhaps with more interviews with experts in their fields. Perhaps with more clear ways to engage these and other leaders. I’d particularly like to see more people build up their families, learn valuable skills, and perhaps start small businesses, even “micro businesses.”
Speaking of micro businesses, I’ve recently come across a book titled The $100 Startup. I encourage anyone who’s even thinking of starting a small business to read this book. I’ve just added it to my Resources page. The book shows a person how to start thinking about finding something you love to do–combined with something that people will pay for. Very idealistic, and very practical at the same time!
I will be including more posts this year that are either wholly written by someone else, or which include content generated by others. None of us knows everything, or even close. Some of us know next to nothing, actually! In combining our insights and knowledge–we become much stronger, and much more useful to others.
If you have something, or want to create something (a written post, video, etc.) that you think fits the subject matter and aims of this site, let me know. But if it I do not choose to publish it, please try to understand–I’m only publishing content that I believe really fits the aims of Old School. And no AI writing, please! Bring it from your own heart and mind!
If you see people out there with particular content that you think should be included here, then by all means, please let me know. Perhaps I will see it as a fit too.
I think that’s enough for now. You get the idea. Let’s JUMP on this year, and to the best of our ability, fully take advantage of the rare opportunity presented to us. We can all participate in accomplishing things that perhaps have never been done in America and even worldwide!
