Grants Pass, Oregon’s downtown homeless camps appear WORSE now than they were months ago.
Has the city ACCEPTED this dangerous and disgusting situation–merely waiting for the new monitored homeless camp at the bottom of town to solve the problem?
Will the camp–operated by an out-of-town business called Elk Island Trading Group, in cooperation with the nonprofit organization MINT (Mobile Integrative Navigation Team) be a true SOLUTION to the “homeless/drug abuse” catastrophe in town, or will it ENABLE drug abusers to continue their destructive lifestyle?
