Note: Most of you viewing this post do no not know who Martin Francis was. He was a long-time friend who recently passed after a lengthy battle with cancer. But Martin was much more than a friend–he was a one-of-a-kind character: open, childlike, incredibly generous, bold as a lion, and yet stubborn as a mule! He’s been mentioned on this site a number of times as he has stood for truth as he has witnessed it.
The video of Martin’s Memorial is here! Thank you to Masao Mark Williams for having it produced, and Masao’s wife, Jovita, for singing a beautiful tribute to Martin at the Service.
Many thanks to Martin’s brother, Tom, and his wife, Marivic for putting this Memorial together. Marivic did one heck of a lot of work! All family and friends who attended the Memorial and helped in other ways are greatly appreciated, including Martin’s long-time and close friend Fabian Asensio, who helped Martin a great deal while he was sick.
