The Grants Pass (OR) City Council, Police Chief, and concerned Citizens all had their say in a raw meeting Wednesday 6/4/25 dealing with the unbearable “homeless” situation in town.
One thing is clear: HB 3115 must be REPEALED AND REPLACED with HB 2432 “The Safe Communities Act”!
